25, lives and studies in Berlin. She was spokesperson of FYEG and organised various exchanges, seminars and study sessions on all kinds of topics with many great people over the past years. Currently she is the women political spokesperson of a green party section and active in FYEG and the German Young Greens while continuing to do projects.

Natalie Debono

Natalie’s activism started with an escape from mundane mainstream activities and a passing interest in environmental issues and it led to being the Spokesperson of FYEG. This path of avid activism has also led her to pursue higher academic qualifications leading to a Masters. The thesis she worked on was: Creative Thinking – An Untapped Resource in Voluntary Youth Organisations. She also believes in all the people she has met and worked with over the years – their insight, friendship and trustworthiness have moulded her in the person she is.

29, is currently working as advisor on education. In 2000 he got involved in the young greens in his hometown and knew he found what he was looking for. After being in the board of the Flemish Young Greens, he worked for three years as Secretary General of the Federation of Young European Greens. Next to that he took the initiative in setting up the Global Young Greens. His experience lies in non-formal education, political advocacy work and making fun of everything and everyone.

is a youth worker and trainer, experienced in global and humane non-formal education, having worked for different social and environmental movements throughout Europe and USA. She has led various international trainings and workshops on youth participation, volunteer management, cultural diversity, sustainable development, responsible consumption and social marketing.

25, is the Secretary General of the European Confederation of Youth Clubs (ECYC). She lives and works in Helsinki and has been involved in youth work since she was 15. In addition to her degree in Culture Management, she has learned most of her organisational skills through non-formal education while working as a volunteer in ECYC. She is enthusiastic about movies, swimming and indoor cycling and thinks that working for an international NGO is more of a lifestyle than a job.

Aleksandar Jovanovic

28, is working and living in Belgrade. He joined the Greens in 2000 and soon after set up Serbian Young Greens organisation. He was later male spokesperson and then Secretary General of FYEG. In 2003 he led the initiative to create CDN and was Network Coordinator for 3 years and while doing so coordinated of many international youth events. Today, Aleksandar is working on the youth policy issues with the Council of Europe and is member of the Council of Europe Advisory Council on Youth and the Programming committee.
